My husband was also trying to be seen as the favorite parent and take his daughter to do things and buy things to a point we’d be broke at the end of summer when she was with us. if you bring it up and your husband then deal with the kids yourself, don’t take them anywhere- let him do it. i did this with my husband- i am not going to drive his other kdis around for everythign she wants and I started a savings account for my daughter and put money in there for her things.
